Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to assist guests, manage transactions, and support drive-up and pickup services in a fast-paced store environment. This role offers flexible scheduling and a strong focus on guest experience.

As part of the Target team, you will demonstrate excellent communication, adapt to varying shifts, and help guests with loyalty programs and store services while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues and complete transactions.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety and compliance in all interactions.
