Target is hiring an On‑Demand Team Member to help guests and support store operations with flexible shifts. You will create a welcoming experience, assist with everyday needs, and use store systems to complete transactions and help guests with services like pick-up and drive-up.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules, including nights and weekends. Training and orientation are provided.

• Greet guests at 10ft/4ft zones and engage in warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with returns, questions, and using Target app features.
