Target in Sandy, UT is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help them find products while using Target’s tools and apps to enhance their visit.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including nights and weekends, and you will be part of a team committed to accuracy, safety, and outstanding guest service; benefits are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet, assist, and resolve issues.
• Comfort with technology and store apps.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
• Explain benefits and assist with Target Loyalty sign-up.
• Operate scanners and handle merchandise safely.
• Support Order Pick-Up and Drive Up processes.
• Follow safety policies and store standards.
