Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate in Salt Lake City. You will engage with guests, assist with questions, and help deliver a quick, friendly shopping experience while promoting Target services and applications.

This role offers flexible shifts via the myTime app, allowing you to pick up opportunities that fit your schedule. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 5 months.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping others and delivering friendly guest service.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Promote Target’s loyalty programs and digital services to guests.
• Participate in de-escalation and recovery of guest experiences when needed.
