Job summary

Target’s On-Demand Team Members work to create a welcoming guest experience while maintaining store operations. As an On-Demand TM, you pick up shifts via the myTime app, with schedules that vary by store needs and shift availability.

You must be reliable, attend orientation, and stay flexible to meet peak times. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment at Target.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Comfortable interacting with guests and resolving issues
• Able to operate handheld devices and point-of-sale systems

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues
• End every guest interaction with a thank you
• Support team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and benefits
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and registries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
