Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to help guests and fellow team members while enjoying a flexible, personalized schedule. You can pick up shifts posted by leaders or peers through the myTime app, with attendance and reliability being essential to success.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule and may work nights, weekends, or holidays depending on store needs. Training will be provided to prepare you for the role.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, returns, and loyalty enrollment
