Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests in our store and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with product needs, explain services, and support busy checkouts while upholding Target standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and shifts are picked up through the myTime app.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with varying hours.
• Capable of multi-tasking and delivering accurate service.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and helping guests.
• Assist guests in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Support store operations, checkout flow, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming area and be responsive to store needs.
• Be flexible with shifts and participate in training as needed.
