Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will welcome guests, assist with questions, and ensure a friendly checkout experience. The role requires flexibility to pick up shifts via the myTime app and maintain high guest service standards.

Role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and ability to operate scanners and apps, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and enrollment
