Job summary

Target in Melbourne, FL is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly service, help guests find products, and support checkout processes. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering a seamless, welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule through the myTime app and participate in orientation and training. Reliably showing up for shifts and adapting to varying hours is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong communication and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Williness to learn about store services and promotions to assist guests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed during checkout.
• Assist guests with returns while following Target policies and procedures.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and available services.
