Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest service as a Guest Advocate with a flexible schedule. You’ll create easy, friendly experiences and help guests locate products, resolve issues, and participate in store activities.

As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, may not be on the posted weekly schedule, and must respond promptly to contact. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours including nights and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn Target’s systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests locate products, resolve issues, and guide them through checkout.
• Promote and explain Target services and loyalty programs to guests.
