Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service while helping guests find what they need. You can create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, with hours that vary to meet store needs.

As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, answer questions, operate the POS, and assist with returns and drive-up orders. You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 44 pounds as needed, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment.
