Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Help guests with returns, questions, and checkout needs.
• Know products, services, and features to drive adoption and loyalty.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Operate the Target App features and Wallet.
• Support order pick up and drive up services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
