Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests with questions, store services, and product information while providing a welcoming shopping experience.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will create your own schedule by picking shifts, with a focus on flexible hours, guest engagement, and adherence to Target policies. You’ll be trained to support guest services and drive a positive guest experience across the store.
