Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, resolve issues, and promote Target services and loyalty programs. You will also operate checkout, scan items, and support Drive Up and order pickup, all while maintaining safety and store standards.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Scan and bag merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up.
