Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and guide them through features like Drive Up and Order Pick Up. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience in-store.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. On-the-job training and a supportive team help develop your skills and grow with Target.
