Job summary

Target in Los Angeles is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will learn to explain current promos, enroll guests in loyalty programs, operate checkout and Drive Up options, and keep the store clean and safe while delivering great service.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, physical stamina to lift items as needed, and a team mindset to support colleagues
