Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and promote benefits including loyalty programs and app features.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting guests, scanning and bagging items, and supporting drive-up and pickup services while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, assisting, and thanking them.

• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and features of the Target App.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up services as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist teammates to meet store standards.
