Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Promote current promos and explain Target App features.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist enrollment.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with order pick up and drive-up services.
• All other duties as needed.
