Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an inviting guest experience in our Phoenix area store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues quickly to keep shopping smooth and enjoyable.

You’ll promote Target’s benefits and loyalty programs, help guests use the app, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming environment during shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Nice to have strong communication and a friendly, proactive approach.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues on the spot.
• Comfort using handheld scanners and store tech to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
