Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah seeks a Seasonal Guest Account Coordinator to support the Skier Services division. You will track issues, assist with client needs, perform POS tasks, and help with daily web reconciliation reporting.

Responsibilities include project support, data reconciliation across DVSS, Inntopia, and Workday, processing online orders by phone, and payroll/accounts payable updates while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends (4–5 days/week, 8–10 hours/day).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and typing at least 35 WPM.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support divisional projects by monitoring timelines and communicating progress.
• Provide backup operations support across departments and applications.
• Deliver online sales orders and guest guidance by phone based on availability.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable and payroll data updates.
• Maintain client database records and resolve discrepancies.
