Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs including Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Guest 360/MDM program.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Salesforce, data engineering, data architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and operations.
