Kforce has a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive the design and delivery of modern Customer 360, Identity Graph, and AI-enabled data platform solutions. The role leads the development of scalable data products that support ML, customer intelligence, personalization, and AI capabilities, and requires hands-on technical leadership across cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of data engineering experience.
3+ years in a Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Architect capacity.
Strong experience building modern cloud-based data platforms.
Proven success delivering greenfield data initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Customer 360 and identity resolution solutions across multiple enterprise data sources.
Develop data architectures and models that support unified customer profiles and customer intelligence.
Design and build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
Create domain-driven data products that support AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
Establish data engineering standards, best practices, and reusable architectural frameworks.
Drive data quality, governance, lineage, and platform reliability.
