Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Guardrail Maintenance Technicians to perform highway maintenance operations in the Houston, Texas area, based in Porter, TX.

The role involves supervising crews, debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete work while following federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of highway-related experience, with equipment operation skills and a valid background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of highway related experience.
• Roadway or guardrail maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Operator experience with Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing highway maintenance.
• Perform debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete repair.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
