Qualifications

• Must reside in Guam, USA with work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Proven field experience in telecommunications equipment installation and integration.
• Experience deploying or troubleshooting DWDM optical transport systems.
• Hands-on with DWDM equipment from vendors such as Ciena, Nokia, or Infinera.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, ground, and secure carrier-grade optical transport equipment.
• Perform fiber routing, patch panel terminations, and connector inspections.
• Test and commission DWDM platforms and provisioning switches.
• Integrate optical nodes into live production networks with NOC coordination.
• Conduct OTDR tests, ORL measurements, and power meter validations.
• Produce MOPs, site records, and as-built documentation.
