Job summary

Leidos in Santa Rita, Guam, seeks a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Supply, Warehouse, and Inventory Operations Manager to lead warehouse, supply, inventory, and materiel readiness. You will oversee COSIS, retrograde, and property accountability, ensuring accurate inventory visibility and timely support to JTDC customers.

The role requires directing three sub-team leads, applying DoD logistics knowledge, and maintaining secure operations with TS-SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of experience, or Master’s with 6-10 years.
• Experience in warehouse operations, supply support, inventory management, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience supervising warehouse, supply, or logistics personnel.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory accountability, issue, and disposition processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in warehouse and supply.
• Top Secret-SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, accountability, storage, preservation, issue, and disposition of materiel.
• Establish warehouse procedures, storage locations, and inventory controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of supply transactions.
• Maintain inventory visibility, documentation, and property accountability.
• Lead COSIS, preservation, surveillance, and material-readiness activities.
• Manage retrograde, turn-in, reutilization, disposal, and property-disposition activities.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and warehouse-capacity issues.
• Coordinate material-handling equipment support.
• Support inventories, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.
