Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Senior Site Lead to oversee daily operations across multiple departments in Guam, ensuring policy compliance and effective resource use. The role requires leadership, logistics experience, and a Secret clearance, with responsibilities spanning RSOI services, reception operations, and lifecycle transitions of equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management/Logistics and 10+ years in multisite programs, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight for multisite programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the daily operations of multiple functional departments across diverse geographic locations.
• Implement organizational policies and oversee the effective use of material and human resources to meet operational goals.
• Monitor mission-critical activities and provide technical guidance to subordinate supervisors to ensure performance standards are met.
• Validates and oversees the execution of RSOI services for deployed personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate the synchronization of reception operations, including the off-loading and marshaling of materiel from Intra-Theater phases.
• Oversee the integration of supply chain management services and forward-deployed life support to maintain unit mission capability.
• Manage the transition of equipment from Deployment phases to tactical assembly areas.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
• Work location in the USPACOM AOR is dependent upon the assigned project.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with USPACOM AOR logistics and expeditionary mission requirements.

Clearance Required

• Must have a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
