Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks an Alternate Site Manager to oversee all operational departments and ensure contract performance. You will supervise staff, plan work, and mentor leads to maximize resource use while delivering timely, cost-efficient services.

You will interface with all organization elements to understand real-time capabilities and promote effective two-way communications. Requires governance of depot operations and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years in Distribution Management; 7 years if no degree.
• Experience with automated warehouse management systems (preferably DSS).

Responsibilities

• Act with full authority for contract performance in the Site Manager’s absence.
• Supervise employees, plan work, coach and mentor supervisors to optimize resources.
• Implement policies to ensure timely reports and cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with all organization elements to understand real-time capabilities.
• Ensure operational goals, objectives and production requirements are met.
