Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking an Alternate Site Manager to oversee all operational departments and ensure contract performance in the absence of the Site Manager. You will supervise staff, coach leaders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in distribution/business administration and 2+ years in distribution management, with experience in automated warehouse systems (DSS preferred). Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration with 2+ years in distribution management.
• Experience with automated warehouse management systems in the past 5 years (preferably DSS).
• Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Site Manager proxy and oversee contract performance.
• Supervise employees, plan, coach, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide timely reports and implement cost-saving controls.
• Interface with all organizational elements to understand real-time capabilities affecting mission.
• Promote two-way communications across the operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
