Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Five years related experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Knowledge of HSSE, regulatory compliance and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE compliance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance plans for vehicles and assets.
• Manage contractor performance and maintenance delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities, fleet and operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and capital improvement decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions.
