Job summary

IntegriChain Incorporated, headquartered in Philadelphia with offices in Ambler, PA, seeks a Senior Analyst, Gross-to-Net to own GTN close and forecasting. You will leverage GAAP knowledge and GTN software to deliver accurate monthly journal entries and variances.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help customers optimize revenue recognition, rebates, and copay data while ensuring SOC1 compliance and timely SLAs. 1–2 years life sciences experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and GTN accounting practices.
• Knowledge of pharma supply chain and GTN data flows (rebates, direct sales, copays).
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities across functions.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform true-ups and variance analyses for GTN items.
• Analyze gross-to-net variances for customers and escalate as needed.
• Maintain relationships with customer IT, operations, and finance teams.
• Ensure SOC1 compliance and adherence to SLAs.
• Assist in onboarding new analysts and sharing department knowledge.
