Job summary
Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to define a transforming digital consulting platform. You will lead a PM team and own the product strategy and roadmap, partnering with Content & Knowledge, Architecture and GTM to deliver value-driven offerings that scale from traditional consulting to digital services.
You will drive discovery practices, prioritization, and go-to-market coordination while delivering iterative product releases and establishing a sustainable product
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with progressive responsibility.
- 4+ years leading product teams, including hiring and developing talent.
- Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms.
- Experience defining product models combining digital tools and human-delivered services.
- Strong business acumen linking product decisions to revenue and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform.
- Translate customer needs and market signals into a prioritized backlog.
- Collaborate to assess knowledge readiness and transform into products.
- Define the service catalog model and how offerings are packaged and delivered.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with GTM, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Establish success metrics and drive data-driven product improvement.
