Aiven is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a global, fast-paced tech environment from either Ireland or Austin, TX. You’ll partner with senior leaders to build proactive pipelines and ensure we hire the right people to grow ARR.

You will own the candidate journey, craft compelling job descriptions, and guide managers through offers, with a strong emphasis on English fluency and cross-cultural hiring excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Experience hiring GTM roles in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to build proactive pipelines and scale hiring globally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and negotiate/close offers.
• Develop and optimize the candidate experience across global hubs.
