ClickUp is building the future of work with AI. We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a pod of recruiters, own a quota-carrying load for GTM roles, and drive hiring for a major slice of our sales org across multiple hiring managers and regions.

You will be a player-coach who combines AI-forward strategies with hands-on recruiting, building talent communities, and hosting events in the Boston area to scale our GTM hub.

Qualifications

• Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast-paced environment.
• AI builder and evangelist; AI tools adopted by team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach your team: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, feedback, performance discussions.
• Carry your own quota-carrying GTM roles; model the standard for the team.
• Bring AI-forward recruiting practices and build with AI, in public.
