Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition lead to drive North America GTM hiring and build a scalable recruiting function. This role offers hybrid work in Austin or fully remote within the US, partnering with GTM executives to identify talent needs and close top-tier Enterprise Sales profiles.

You will deploy retained search strategies, mentor colleagues, and own the candidate journey from first touchpoint to offer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong headhunting skills with retained search capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on, pragmatic problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs, focusing on sourcing and closing high-performing Enterprise Sales and broader GTM roles.
• Deploy headhunting-first strategies to engage passive SaaS talent across complex Enterprise Sales ecosystems.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment and technical sales competencies.
• Champion a high-touch candidate journey from initial touchpoint to offer stage, reinforcing the employer brand.
• Coach internal stakeholders and share best practices across the recruitment process.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
• Lead Talent Acquisition Optimization initiatives to scale our recruitment infrastructure.
