Qualifications

• Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical focus.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between them.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-ups.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics: pipeline influenced, meetings booked, pipeline created.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
• Evaluate new AI/GTM tooling and advise on build vs buy.
