Job summary

Speechify is hiring a GTM Engineer for SIMBA to build the outbound infrastructure and data flows that power our sales motion. You will own the tech stack end-to-end, from lead enrichment to sequencing, and deploy AI-powered personalization at scale.

You will work with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, and REST APIs to connect systems, improve funnel metrics, and drive meetings and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing GTM outbound systems from scratch.
• Ability to measure funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rate, and cost per opportunity.
• Strong hands-on engineering with modern GTM stack and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure and sequencing workflows.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integrations).
• Deploy AI-assisted outreach and ensure data quality across systems.
