Job summary

Speechify is hiring its first GTM Engineer for SIMBA. You will build and own the outbound systems powering our sales motions, from lead enrichment to CRM integration and AI-driven personalization at scale.

You will work on the technical backbone, ensuring the right prospects receive the right messages at the right time, with tooling and data for the Sales team to close. Expect a rapid, impact-driven environment with high ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines and multi-step sequences.
• Strong experience with GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing).
• Ability to measure and optimize funnel metrics (pipeline influenced, meetings).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure at scale (sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing).
• Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, data glue between tools.
• Deploy AI agents for research, outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
