This position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce and an understanding of AI in customer operations. The role is based in New York or San Francisco with an expectation of working from the office four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-side GTM operations or leadership role.

• Ability to work with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools.
