Watershed is hiring a builder to architect and operate the systems, applied AI, and data infrastructure powering its GTM organization. You will own the CRM, data enrichment, outbound activation, and the agent orchestration layer, collaborating with data science to translate signals into actionable workflows.

This role focuses on implementing AI‑native GTM operations, accelerating adoption, and measuring business impact such as pipeline velocity and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer‑facing or GTM‑facing technical role at high‑growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM systems end‑to‑end - Salesforce, CPQ, lead routing, call intelligence, data enrichment, outbound activation, and scaled support.
• Build the applied AI layer of the GTM stack: agents and workflows that drive pipeline velocity and customer outcomes.
• Build the outbound signal engine: signal ingestion, enrichment, play orchestration, and attribution.
• Develop GTM Engineering operating infrastructure: deployment pipeline, sandbox management, testing standards, backups, and AI dev environment.
