Anrok is growing rapidly and seeks a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to bring rigor and scalable processes to our sales organization in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end GTM operations for Account Management, including compensation planning, territory design, and process improvements, collaborating with GTM leaders to enable expansion and retention.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model in the San Francisco Bay Area

Qualifications

• Proven experience in GTM or revenue/sales operations.
• Ability to design scalable processes and systems.
• Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM operations end-to-end for Account Management and related functions.
• Design compensation planning, territory design and reporting processes.
• Partner with GTM leaders to build scalable processes using data-driven insights.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve post-sales workflows.
