Job summary

CaelumenAI is building PERCO, agent-native infrastructure for teams that need AI systems to operate with control, evidence, and clear human ownership. In this internship, you will work across product, growth, and founder-led customer discovery to turn market signals into focused go-to-market experiments.

You will help define target users, sharpen positioning, support launches, and build the operating rhythms behind reliable execution.

Qualifications

• Evidence over pedigree and demonstrated initiative.
• Scoped, built, tested, and debugged work with clear results.
• Ability to convert research into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent with spreadsheets, structured research, and basic funnel or campaign metrics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools responsibly for research, writing, or operations.
• Ability to organize multi-step work, meet commitments, and explain results honestly.

Responsibilities

• Research target segments, accounts, users, and buying signals for agent-native infrastructure.
• Turn product capabilities and customer evidence into clear positioning, launch briefs, and campaign tests.
• Build and maintain repeatable GTM workflows across CRM, lifecycle, content, demos, and reporting.
• Use AI agents to accelerate research and execution while reviewing customer-facing output.
• Measure experiments, document changes, and recommend the next action from real evidence.
• Keep campaign, account, and pipeline data accurate enough for the team to trust.
