Role and Responsibilities
  • The Leader for Home Entertainment (HE) Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy will directly support the Head of HE GTM Strategy, Operations & Analytics team, to oversee the team acting as both strategist and operator, shaping strategies, unlocking growth opportunities, and ensuring disciplined GTM execution for the Home Entertainment Division.
  • The individual will also be responsible for building cross-functional consensus on strategic priorities, leveraging data-driven insights around product and consumers.
  • Strategy: Develop and advise comprehensive annual and multi-year business strategy across various Home Entertainment product categories and Accessories with an in-depth outlook on market dynamics and plan for growth.
  • GTM Execution: Lead execution, setting strategic priorities, evolving conflict into consensus and driving flawless day to day execution. This individual is the central point of communication and coordination for GTM Projects, Initiatives & Programs, internal and external, and is responsible for driving actions across the broader organization, on time and on budget.
  • This individual will coordinate with domestic and global partners to advance corporate objectives.
  • New Business Development & Partnerships: Responsible for driving New Business Development initiatives, including but not limited to new channel expansion, driving internal convergence strategies and manage strategic 3rd party partnerships across the entire lifecycle to drive hardware sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with Analytics and Operations team leaders to develop and lead future state and AI-driven workflow automation strategies to transform business operations, boost team productivity, and scale processes.
  • Executive Communications: Drive all Executive Communications through working with Top Management to develop best in class presentation and communication materials.
  • Division Critical Strategic Initiatives: Lead and manage large scale strategic projects from concept to launch. Monitors progress towards goals, achieving benchmarks and ensures follow-through on the part of responsible team members. Provides as needed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead a small high-performing team to foster a culture of strategic clarity, accountabilities, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of directly related experience is required
  • Deep experience managing analytics, finance and or business teams
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software
  • Proven success leading strategy development and execution, with deep expertise in strategic planning, GTM execution, and performance improvement
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical rigor, skilled in building business cases, scenario models, and ROI analyses
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation
  • Experience communicating cross-functionally, domestically, globally and up & down an organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
  • Must have the ability to manage through chaos
  • Ideal candidate would have all of the above experience, plus a deep understanding of traditional consumer electronics retail business
  • This position requires a high level of sophistication in communications, interpersonal relations and diplomacy. It requires the incumbent to possess a keen mind and a multi-focal intelligence to quickly grasp salient issues and details and proper evaluations and recommendations.

  • Master’s degree in the following areas preferred: Master of Science (MS) in Data Analytics
  • Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA)
  • Master of Science in Data Science: Concentrates
  • Master of Science in Data Engineering
  • Master of Science in Statistics / Applied Biostatistics
