Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Consultant II to join ZI Labs, supporting enterprise engagements that help organizations design, implement, and optimize data-driven go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

You will work alongside experienced consultants across the full engagement lifecycle, translating findings into actionable decisions, applying generative AI and automation to speed delivery, and collaborating with Product, RevOps, CX, and Sales for feasibility and quality.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to own initiatives and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with data and quantitative reasoning; willingness to learn SQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI and its practical applications.
• Structured thinking and ability to work in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements end to end, owning defined workstreams.
• Structure ambiguous inputs into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop consulting artifacts to an executive-ready standard.
• Analyze and validate client data and articulate business implications.
• Contribute to client and executive working sessions, and facilitate them.
• Apply generative AI and intelligent automation to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, RevOps, CX, and Sales to ensure feasibility and quality.
