ZoomInfo in Waltham, MA is hiring a Principal GTM Consultant within ZI Labs. You will serve as an elite strategic advisor and primary pre‑sales engine for our most complex enterprise pursuits, leading multi‑phase engagements with Sales, Product, and Professional Services leadership.

You will shape go‑to‑market strategy, design scalable GTM frameworks, mentor senior consultants, and drive large‑scale bookings and account growth across marquee customers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive, strategic experience in management consulting, professional services leadership, revenue operations, or strategic GTM advisory in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales leadership, scoping, multi‑stream solutions, C‑suite presentations, and high‑value SOW closures.
• Bachelor’s and MBA preferred to demonstrate business and strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary pre‑sales subject matter expert and strategic partner to Enterprise Sales, driving scoping, architecture, and enterprise SOWs.
• Lead high‑visibility, multi‑phase enterprise engagements from visioning to implementation and adoption.
• Design and commercialize new professional services offerings, packages, and activation tiers with Pro Serv leadership.
• Develop GTM frameworks, industry playbooks, and measurement models for Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts.
• Act as executive sponsor and trusted C‑suite advisor, ensuring governance and delivery quality.
• Mentor senior consultants and drive development of delivery standards and knowledge management.
