Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Senior Analyst, GTM Acceleration to partner with Revenue leadership and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive growth and improve go-to-market effectiveness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
• 3–5 years experience in top management consulting or equivalent.
• Experience developing and analyzing strategy, business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, finance, analytics, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools preferred.
• Exposure to automation or AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic go-to-market initiatives across the Revenue organization.
• Conduct research, business analysis, and opportunity assessments for growth and operational improvements.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze commercial performance, pipeline trends, customer segmentation, and other metrics.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and IT.
• Support project planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
• Track progress and drive accountability for results.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve processes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate and implement new capabilities.
• Support adoption and change management activities.
