Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Acceleration to join the Revenue organization. You will partner with Revenue leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and adopt AI-enabled capabilities that boost productivity and commercial performance.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Product, Finance, and IT to develop insights, support enterprise initiatives, and build scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a top management consulting firm.
• Experience developing and analyzing strategy, business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, finance, analytics or corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic go-to-market initiatives across the Revenue organization.
• Analyze commercial performance, pipeline trends, customer segmentation, and other business metrics.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports for leadership audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and IT to drive cross-functional execution.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve processes.
• Develop playbooks, operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices across revenue.
