3Search, part of 11 Investments, is expanding its US presence with a new Senior Recruiter in Austin. The role is candidate- and delivery-focused with a commercial mindset to generate leads and maximise relationships across our GTM client base.

Hybrid working in Austin supports flexible collaboration and growth. You will build and manage a strong GTM candidate network, lead a rigorous interview process, and negotiate complex offers while helping the team achieve revenue targets and expand client

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering revenue targets in recruitment.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate network in GTM.
• Experience managing end-to-end candidate processes and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant candidates in GTM.
• Running an exceptional candidate process for every role you work on.
• Able to build strong trusting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Networking in the GTM space—events, meet-ups, and F2F meetings.
• Managing complex negotiations and delivering on targets as a team.
• Positively promote the 11 brand in the market.
