Job summary

Hightouch seeks an Associate Talent Partner to power Go-to-Market recruiting coordination. You will own interview scheduling, manage complex multi-stage cycles, and keep Ashby data accurate so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on selling roles and evaluating talent.

The role is designed for someone energized by complexity, with room to grow into sourcing and eventually full-cycle recruiting. Office in San Francisco; equity offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similarly detail-heavy, high-volume coordination role.
• Hands-on Ashby experience is required; comfortable managing pipelines, interview plans, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and logistics across GTM reqs with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data in Ashby, including pipeline stages, scorecards, and feedback.
• Draft candidate communications reflecting the Hightouch brand.
• Support offer processes end to end, including comp approvals and background checks.
• Assist with market mapping and competitive research to inform recruiting strategy.
