What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market
- Optimize the use of recruiting tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Source, screen, and close high-caliber candidates for various technical roles
- Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve processes and implement scalable changes
- Accurately track and report recruiting data for performance evaluation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle GTM recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives
- Data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management
- Passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Persistent curiosity and a strong desire to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
