Job summary

Jobtailor in Scottsdale or Austin seeks a recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume client-facing searches from kickoff through offer.

You will source, screen, and present a first slate of 5–6 approved candidates within 10 business days of each intake, and respond to every candidate within 24 hours.

Demonstrated writing clarity, strong pipeline management, and experience with Lever, ATS/CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter are essential.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination.
• Candidates from sales development, client success, support, or hospitality backgrounds may be considered.
• Comfort with high-volume work and frequent conversations.
• Clear, quick writing skills.
• Familiarity with an ATS or CRM; Lever experience is helpful but not required.
• No degree requirement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid seat, in office three days a week in Scottsdale or Austin.
• Ability to manage 20 or more candidates in flight using an organized system.

Responsibilities

• Source client-facing talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and local channels in Scottsdale and Austin.
• Write and test outreach messages.
• Deliver 60 or more qualified sourced candidates per month.
• Run 15 to 20 candidate screens per week.
• Screen candidates against hiring-manager intake requirements and scorecards.
• Submit a first slate of 5 to 6 approved candidates within 10 business days of each intake.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Client Success openings from kickoff through offer.
• Close 5 to 6 requisitions per month at or under a 30-day time to fill.
• Support senior client-facing searches with sourcing and screening.
• Respond to every candidate within 24 hours.
• Schedule the next step within 48 hours of a hiring-manager decision.
• Keep Lever updated daily.
• Deliver a weekly pipeline snapshot to the hiring manager.
